Nikabina IT MSC penetrates more potential ICT market segment after launching a new headquarter in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The step to launch a new headquarters was made upon the decision to improve marketing and operating strategy as well as due to stagnant ICT demand in East Coast especially in Kelantan. All the corporate operation will be transfer and handle by the HQ effective immediately. The office in Kota Bharu however will remain as a development centre for current and future project as well as providing customer support to existing and future clientele.

Nikabina IT MSC Sdn Bhd acceptance of Dart Technologies Bangladesh as local partner, representing NIT for telecommunication industries in Bangladesh, prove to be fruitful after being awarded the SMS Gateway project by Telekom Malaysia International Bangladesh (TMIB). The deals involved the development, installation and support for the SMS Gateway System.
